Allison Garrett Johnson is a Lincoln, Nebraska photographer focused on documenting all the best moments of life.
As a senior in high school, I remember my own experience with photos and thinking that photographing seniors would be my absolute dream job. It’s such an exciting point in life, and translating that into meaningful, creative images is an honor. I love working with seniors to create a customized experience that really shows who they are.
Do you need an updated headshot or a more professional way to present yourself? Whether it is for your website, social media, or other marketing channels, it is important to have a current, professional photo.
I am available for sessions at CommonSpace Studio in Lincoln or on-location. For a quick and easy option, I can bring my portable studio setup to you for groups of any size.

Hi, I’m Allison, and I’m so glad you are here! I’m a wedding, family, senior, and headshot photographer based in Lincoln, Nebraska. I generally work in the Lincoln, Seward, and Omaha areas, but am more than happy to travel throughout the Midwest. I’ve been a full-time photographer since 2009, with my initial focus being primarily on weddings.
When you connect with so many couples over the years, the focus inevitably expands to include other moments throughout their lives. It’s the ultimate compliment when a client is so thrilled with their experience that they declare you to be their “photographer for life.”
This has led me to fall in love with so much more than just weddings. With kids, new jobs, graduation, and all the other little milestones, it’s an absolute joy to document it all. There is nothing better than clients coming back again and again (the record is 13 times for one client!), and I truly have the best job ever.
