Lincoln Community Foundation Gardens Engagement Session

Lincoln Community Foundation Gardens Engagement Session

Kurt and Emily had a long-distance relationship with Emily living in Kansas City and Kurt in Broken Bow. They often met in Lincoln on weekends which was the halfway point for them. While neither of them were from Lincoln it became a special place for them and they was their choice of location for their engagement session.

I had a weird obsession with vine walls and one of the best is along the Pinnacle Bank drive through on N Street. The wall borders the Lincoln Community Foundation Garden which is another wonderful spot for photos. Unfortunately, the garden itself is gated and closes at 5:00 so photos in the garden are not often possible, but the surrounding area and even the gates are really nice for photos.

For engagement sessions we often pick a more urban or city environment and then a more outdoorsy nature setting. With Kurt and Emily we also decided to go to Nine Mile Prairie, just west of Lincoln which is another favorite spot.

Location: Pinnacle Bank, 1401 N Street Lincoln, Nebraska.
